Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

Once a booking is confirmed and a deposit has been paid, dates, times, and locations cannot be changed or altered by you, the client.

2. Venue Access

Upon arrival, if the model cannot contact you or gain access to the venue, a 15-minute grace period will be allowed to resolve the matter. If access remains unresolved after this period, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.

3. Client Punctuality

If you, the client, are running late, please notify Whitsunday Sirens immediately to inform the model(s). The agreed start time remains unchanged, and lost time due to your lateness will not be refunded.

4. Guest Numbers

You must notify Whitsunday Sirens of the number of guests attending. If the number exceeds what was previously advised, the model(s) may leave the event with full pay, and no refund will be issued.

5. Mixed Crowds

Inform Whitsunday Sirens if the crowd includes both male and female guests. All attendees must be comfortable with the presence of the model(s).

6. Guest-to-Model Ratio

A ratio of 1 model per 10 guests is required to ensure safety and professionalism, regardless of additional venue staff.

7. Venue Ejection or Relocation

If you and your guests are ejected from a venue, no refund will be issued for remaining time. If the event moves venues, models may choose not to follow. Any refusal will not result in a refund.

8. Prohibited Requests

Clients and guests must not request or expect models to obtain illegal substances or partake in illegal activities.

9. Identification

For safety purposes, Whitsunday Sirens may require sighting of identification before bookings, particularly for one-on-one bookings. Identification will not be stored.

10. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with the model(s), notify Whitsunday Sirens immediately. Once payment has been made to the model(s), no refunds will be issued.

11. Personal Contact and Conduct

Exchanging contact information or social media with models is strictly prohibited. Any breach will result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

12. Additional Services

Requests for extensions, upgrades, or additional services during the booking must be communicated to Whitsunday Sirens immediately.

13. Solicitation of Services

Models are not escorts. Soliciting such services will result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

14. Model Availability

Whitsunday Sirens cannot guarantee specific models. If a confirmed model becomes unavailable, suitable replacements will be provided.

15. Behavior and Safety

Models are entitled to leave immediately if inappropriate touching, harassment, threats, or offensive behavior occurs. No refund will be provided.

16. Photography and Recording

Photographing or recording models without prior consent is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

17. Model Punctuality

If a model is more than 15 minutes late, contact Whitsunday Sirens. Lost time will be made up.

18. Exclusivity

Whitsunday Sirens models cannot be mixed with models from other agencies unless prior consent is obtained. Violations will result in termination of the booking without a refund.

19. Cruise Packages

Final payments for cruise packages must be cleared two weeks prior to the event. Failure to comply may result in cancellation. Numbers must be confirmed at the time of final payment, and additional attendees may be refused entry. Aggressive or intoxicated patrons may be removed, potentially incurring fines for the client.

20. Acceptance of Terms

By paying the deposit or any fees, you, the client, agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
